flyadeal online check in: when it opens and how to avoid the airport fee
Check in online with flyadeal from 48 hours before departure (10 days on flyMax) until 75 minutes before. Doing it at the airport counter costs 30 SAR per passenger on domestic fly and fly+ bookings, and counters close 60 minutes before departure.

Steps to check in online
- Open the flyadeal website or app inside your fare's check-in window.
- Enter your booking reference and family name.
- Pick your seat now: you cannot change seats after check-in.
- Download the boarding pass; if it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
If online check-in fails
Most failures come from trying outside the window. If you are inside it and see an error, flyadeal asks you to send a screenshot via its form and check in at the counter at least 60 minutes before departure. It cannot guarantee a reply before your flight.
Uncheck: undoing a boarding pass
Need to change a flight after checking in? The Uncheck service cancels an online boarding pass so you can manage the booking. It costs 30 SAR per passenger online or 100 SAR via the call centre and works from 240 hours to 6 hours before departure. You can choose which passengers to uncheck.
