The flynas booking reference
The booking reference is the code for your ticket, not a phone number for the airline. On 11 October 2026 the help, manage-booking, and boarding-pass pages asked for that code together with the last name.
If it is not in the message that confirmed the ticket, go back to whoever you paid. Khasmak cannot see your booking.

Copy the code, then open the booking
Start with the ticket confirmation
The code is issued with the ticket. Begin with the message or file you received when you paid flynas or the seller. Copy it as written, without extra spaces.
Match the last name to the booking
The help page repeats that manage-booking starts with the booking reference and last name. The name must match the ticket, not a shortened form.
Open manage booking on the flynas site
From there, on review day, you can view the itinerary and, where the fare allows, change or cancel, choose seats and meals, update contacts, and handle baggage. We do not publish a fee table.
If another seller issued the ticket, return to them
The flynas form may not change a booking the website did not issue. The company you paid holds the reference on its confirmation.

Where is the flynas booking reference?
On the ticket confirmation. The form on the site asks for it with the last name, as reviewed on 11 October 2026.
Can I use the passport number instead?
The form we saw does not ask for the passport. Start with the booking reference and last name.
Is the booking reference the flight number?
No. The flight number describes one flight on one day. The booking reference opens your file.
What if the confirmation never arrived?
Check with the company you paid. Khasmak cannot retrieve the booking for you.
