Azerbaijan eSIM: close prices except the monthly plan

Baku, Qabala and Shamakhi feature in many trips from Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and traveller data in Azerbaijan costs more than in Turkey or Georgia. On 22 October 2026 the 3-day unlimited plan was 19.50 dollars at Airalo and 19.90 at Holafly, so the starting point is almost identical.

The two stayed close up to 15 days: 63 dollars at Airalo against 63.50 at Holafly. The real gap is on 30 days, 99 dollars at Airalo versus 111.90 at Holafly, about 13 dollars. Airalo lists Azercell as its primary network. On short trips the choice comes down to the app you prefer and how easy setup feels, not price.
