Air Arabia manage booking: change, cancel and add bags online
Air Arabia lets you pay only for the baggage you need, which means most passengers come back to Manage Booking at least once: to add a checked bag, a seat or a meal, or to move the date. Here is what each option does and what it costs under the official rules.

What you can do in Manage Booking
- Modify the flight date or destination (fees depend on the fare).
- Cancel and receive Air Arabia credit or a refund, depending on the fare.
- Add baggage, seats, meals, travel insurance and airport services.
- Add your AirRewards ID to a future or past flight.
Change and cancel fees in one line
On UAE flights, Basic pays a minimum 200 AED to change; Value changes once for free and pays 100 AED (credit) or 300 AED (cash) to cancel; Ultimate changes twice for free and pays 200 AED for a cash refund. The full table is in our air arabia booking guide.
Add bags before the airport
Air Arabia sells checked baggage at booking or when modifying; adding it in Manage Booking before the airport avoids repacking at the counter. Prices are shown on the booking screen for your route and date.
Check status before you go
Use Air Arabia flight status by route or flight number on the day.
