flyadeal delay compensation: what you get by delay length
For a flyadeal delay of more than 1 hour but under 3, you get refreshments, or a 50 SAR voucher if none were served. Over 3 hours, hot meals or a 150 SAR voucher. Vouchers last 4 months, and a separate compensation claim may apply.

Claim steps
- Watch airport screens and SMS/email for the revised time.
- If refreshments or meals were not provided, complete flyadeal's form to receive the voucher.
- If a refund link arrives, complete it before the flight departs.
- For compensation, submit the claim form with your booking details.
Voucher, refund or compensation: three separate things
The voucher replaces catering that was not served. The refund link, sent only to eligible bookings, returns your fare and must be used before the flight leaves. Compensation is a separate claim under the applicable regulations and may be refused for causes beyond flyadeal's control, such as adverse weather or security situations.
Baggage delay is a different claim
Delayed or damaged bags are handled under a separate Help Centre article and process, not the flight-delay voucher. Report it at the airport first.
