You need the flight number (two letters then digits) and the date. The most reliable arrival time comes from the airline and the airport; live trackers show where the aircraft is on a map.

The arrivals and departures page for your airport.
Why the times differ
Trackers estimate from the aircraft position; airlines may update status later. For meeting someone, follow the airport board.
