How to book it
1
Find the reference
In the confirmation email or e-ticket.
2
Open Manage Booking
On the site of the airline operating the flight.
3
Enter your last name
As in your passport.
4
Review the details
Time, seat, baggage and check-in.
Three different numbers
| Number | What it is |
|---|---|
| PNR / booking reference | Usually six characters; for Manage Booking |
| Ticket number | A longer number starting with the airline code |
| Booking-site order number | Your order on the booking site; may differ from the airline PNR |
If you booked on a booking site
Get the airline PNR from the confirmation or the site, because the order number alone may not work on the airline site.
